Is it possible to auto-assign reviewers to abstracts based on their topics/fields/disciplines?

Go to Abstract settings and enable the Automated assignment. the system would automatically assign the abstract/s to reviewers based on the topic that matches with the abstract and the reviewer. See screenshot.

You can also set a limit on number of abstracts that can be assigned per reviewer and number of reviewers that can be assigned per abstract.

How do reviewers log in to begin reviewing abstracts?

You can either create reviewers from your platform backend under Contacts or ask them to register from the event site by clicking on Reviewer Registration form.

Once registered, they will be able to log in to their dashboard.

As soon as you assign ans abstract for review to the selected reviewers, they would be notified of the assigned abstracts through an automated email notification.

They would click on the login URL in the email, log in to their dashboard and submit the review for the abstracts they have been assigned with.

How to add different Scales for Abstract submission rating, in review submission form?

You can create unlimited rating fields in review submission form, for rating abstract submissions. Each rating shall have a scale from 1 to 10 (so as to calculate the average rating). So, for example, you have three criteria on which you are reviewing an abstract viz. Innovative, Exclusive, Speaking experience.

Now, using the Rating field type in Form builder, you would create these three rating fields in review submission form. These rating fields shall now be displayed in the review submission form for reviewers to submit their review. Rating is a special field type to let reviewers rate abstracts on a scale of 1 to 10 for the given criteria.

Also, use the Separator field in Form builder, to display
the Scale legends i.e. 1. Really not good enough. 2. Poster level
material etc.

If we were to purchase the platform each spring, is there a way that we would use the same form template without having to recreate it each year?

Yes, you can create a new event using your past event data. Event data includes everything in your current event. From contacts to orders. Forms to email templates. Abstracts to reviews. You have the option to choose which event data you want to copy to the new event. It takes only one click to copy your past event.

What control would we have over the content once our event is over? Is there a way that we could export our information?

Once
the event is over, your event website remains up and running till you
wish to delete it. However, the access backend is revoked once your plan
subscription is over. You can export your data anytime. Data includes
attendees, abstracts, sessions, reviewers, orders and others.
