When you set up a custom domain, Dryfta platform also requires an SSL certificate to be set up for all custom domains to allow secure online payments. It is free and comes with the platform.

When you access your custom domain, it looks for the SSL certificate and then loads the website. When it could not locate any certificate, it displays this error message.

Why is my browser not able to locate my custom domain’s SSL certificate?

There could be various reasons. Here’re some of them:

  • Your SSL certificate has expired. If so, it would be automatically renewed. You can also send an email to support@dryfta.com to let the support desk know about it.
  • Your SSL ceritifcate is yet to be installed for your custom domain. It takes up to 24 hours to install SSL certificate for your custom domain.
  • We’re unable to install an SSL certificate for your custom domain. Please contact support desk to find out the exact reason.
