To add an existing field to a form, edit that field and under the section “Copy this field”, select the form where you want to display this existing field and click on Save. This field would now start displaying under this form.

How to create conditional (dependent) logic fields?
There’re two fields in a Conditional logic. Dependent field and the Condtional field.
Here’re the 3-steps to create a field with conditional logic:
1. Create a Dependent field. Eg. a Yes/No or a Select Dropdown or a Multiple Choice field. See screenshot.
2. Create a Conditional field eg. an input box field or a dropdown field. Any field can be attached to the dependent field.
3. Now simply edit the Conditional field you created above (in Step 2) and connect it with the Dependent field with the option of your choice. See screenshot.
4. Your conditional field is now live and working. See screenshot.
How to set up automated email notifications for general forms and survey forms?
When someone registers, purchases a ticket or submits an abstract, an email is automatically sent to the user and the admin notifying them about the activity that just took place. We have created automated notifications for all of these forms.
However, for general forms and survey forms, the admin has to setup automated notification emails manually to receive notification whenever someone fills the form or a particular question in the form.
To set up an automated notification for a general form or a survey form, do the following:
- Go to Email Broadcast > Automated notifications and click on New.
- There you have to enter a title for the email notification
- Enter email subject
- Set the Status to Enabled to enable sending/receiving this notification
- Add content of the email, if any, so you know what this notification is all about
- Choose the form for which you would like to receive/send the notification. You can also choose the specific question which is whenever submitted by the user, would trigger an email notification.
- Then, if you’re sending this notification to user, simply click on Save and you’re done. The user would receive the notification whenever he/she submits the form for the first time. Do understand that it wont send the notification everytime the user updates the data filled in the form.
- To send this notification to admin, enable the “Send Email to Admin” button and select the admins to send this notification to one or more admins. Click on Save. That’s it. Now, you will receive notifications whenever someone submits this particular form.
How can I copy a field to other forms using Global Field setting in Form builder?
Global field lets you copy a field globally to all forms you have in the Form builder. Global field option is only available in the default contact registration form and lets you copy those fields to all other forms you have created.
To display a field in contact registration form, to all other forms, set ‘Display this field in all forms?’ option to Yes, for that field.
Can I customize the styling of the registration forms?
Yes, you can use CSS Manager under Website Builder to customize the CSS styling of the form.
