Abstracts are submitted via your profile dashboard.
Log in, go to your profile, and look for “My Abstracts” in the menu on the left. Click the green “Submit Abstract” button and complete the submission form.

How do I submit an abstract? (All steps)
- To submit an abstract, go to the event website and click on Register button to register yourself and log in to the dashboard. If already registered, click on login button on the top right to log in to the dashboard.
- In the dashboard, you will see a button called My Abstracts. Click on it. Then, click on Submit Abstract button.
- Read the “Guidelines for Authors” and ensure that your submission follows these guidelines
- Choose the format that you would prefer to present your paper in. Oral, Poster presentation or any other type that is available.
- Enter abstract Title, abstract summary and keywords into the relevant textboxes
- Choose the topic that you would like to submit your paper to. You may only choose one.
- Add your abstract summary. There’s a word limit on how many words you can add in your abstract summary. Adhere to that, please.
- Add in the details of the authors. We ask for the author details in this step so that submissions remain anonymous in the reviewing stage. Do not include author details in your paper upload.
- You have the option to include your co-authors in your abstract. You also have the option to prevent your co-authors from editing your abstract.
- Your paper has now been successfully submitted for reviewing.
- If you do not wish to submit right away, you can click Save for later and then log back in any time in future to complete your submission. Make sure you submit your abstract before the last date of abstract submission.
How many co-authors can be added for a single abstract?
You can add up to 5 co-authors. We’ll soon add the ability for organizers to choose max co-authors number on their own.
How can I view reviewers in the backend according to their choice of topics?
Go to Contacts > Reviewers in the backend, click on Filters, select topic from the Abstract Topics dropdown to filter reviewers according to their choice of topics.
How can I view all the abstracts assigned to a reviewer?
Go to Contacts > Reviewers in backend, click on a Reviewer’s name to go its detailed information, and under Reviews tab, you can see all the abstracts which are assigned to the reviewer.
For review submission form, can we create more complex review questions?
You can create multiple questions with different data types.
Go to Form builder, choose Review submission form from the drop down, and create your desired fields. You can create Rating fields for eg., Originality, and let reviewers rate on a scale of 1 to 10.
Admin can create multiple rating questions. In the admin dashboard, the overall rating from that reviewer will be displayed for the abstract.
