You can add tickets from Ticket Setup tab under Basics menu.

To add ticket click on add ticket button, and enter the details of the ticket like ticket name, ticket price( price must be a numerical digit), a short description for ticket, total tickets, sale start date and sale end date.

Once added and saved, you can see the settings icon besides each ticket type which helps you customize the ticket.
