To let authors choose topics, you need to create topics first. Go to your administration platform, go to Topics under Abstracts & Reviews and add some topics.

How can I add co-authors in my abstract submission?
When submitting an abstract, an author can add co-authors.
How a co-author can update his/her profile?
When a primary author adds co-authors, every co-author is also registered in the system and login credentials are sent to them.
Using
the login credentials they received, they can log in to their dashboard
and update their profile just like the primary author did when she/he
was on the registration page.
How do I submit an abstract? (Quick steps)
Abstracts are submitted via your profile dashboard.
Log in, go to your profile, and look for “My Abstracts” in the menu on the left. Click the green “Submit Abstract” button and complete the submission form.
For review submission form, can we create more complex review questions?
You can create multiple questions with different data types.
Go to Form builder, choose Review submission form from the drop down, and create your desired fields. You can create Rating fields for eg., Originality, and let reviewers rate on a scale of 1 to 10.
Admin can create multiple rating questions. In the admin dashboard, the overall rating from that reviewer will be displayed for the abstract.
Admin can also assign an abstract to multiple reviewers. For more on how to create these questions and other fields, see our video tutorials.
How can I view reviewers in the backend according to their choice of topics?
Go to Contacts > Reviewers in the backend, click on Filters, select topic from the Abstract Topics dropdown to filter reviewers according to their choice of topics.
